Refund Policy
Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. Please note that once an order has entered processing, we may not be able to cancel it. If a cancellation is approved, a restocking or processing fee may apply.
Returns / Refunds for Opened or Used Items
Due to hygiene, safety, and product integrity reasons, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for opened, used, or tested beauty and skincare products.
This includes, but is not limited to:
• Skincare products
• Serums
• Face creams and moisturizers
• Cleansers and toners
• Sunscreens
• Masks and treatments
• Beauty tools used directly on skin
• Makeup products
• Personal care products
• Fragrances
We do not offer refunds for change of mind. Because skincare results may vary from person to person depending on skin type, routine, lifestyle, sensitivities, and other individual factors, we cannot guarantee the same results for every customer.
Returns for Unused Products
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Return requests must be submitted within 14 or 30 days of the delivery date, depending on your store policy. Items sent back without prior approval from our support team may not be accepted.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect, damaged, or defective.
Damages and Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong product, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of delivery.
To help us resolve the issue as quickly as possible, please include:
• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photos of the item received
• Photos of the outer packaging, if applicable
Once reviewed, we will work with you to provide a suitable solution, which may include a replacement, store credit, or refund where applicable.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are generally non-returnable:
• Opened skincare products
• Used beauty products
• Items with broken seals
• Personal care items
• Gift cards
• Promotional or final sale items
Refund Processing
If your return is approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow several business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider or bank.
